1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Narrative Unblock website and platform (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the Service. Narrative Unblock reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Description of Service

Narrative Unblock is a diagnostic platform designed to help players resolve blocked character relationships and dialogue branches in narrative games. The Service provides transparent cause-and-effect decision mapping, diagnostic decision trees, relationship state checkers, and consequence-mapping tools to identify narrative dead-ends and suggest actionable replay strategies. The Service is intended for educational and entertainment purposes to improve player understanding of game narrative architecture.

3. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person;
• Transmitting obscene or offensive content or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Service;
• Disrupting the normal flow of the Service through spam, flooding, or similar disruptive conduct;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its systems, or related networks;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of the Service;

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction or in Hungary.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Narrative Unblock Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, decision trees, diagnostic frameworks, consequence-mapping tools, and the overall design and layout, is the exclusive property of Narrative Unblock or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission from Narrative Unblock.

References to third-party games, characters, and narrative franchises are made for diagnostic and educational purposes only. Narrative Unblock does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property and respects the rights of game developers and publishers.

5. User-Generated Content

If the Service permits you to submit, post, or share content (such as playthrough notes, decision sequences, or diagnostic findings), you retain ownership of that content. However, by submitting content to Narrative Unblock, you grant the Service a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for the purpose of improving the Service, providing diagnostic feedback, and enhancing the platform's decision-mapping tools. You warrant that any content you submit is original, does not infringe third-party rights, and complies with all applicable laws.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Narrative Unblock makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of the diagnostic information, decision trees, or replay strategies provided. While the Service is designed to help identify narrative dead-ends and suggest solutions, outcomes depend on individual game versions, player choices, and factors beyond the Service's control.

Narrative Unblock does not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful code;
• Any diagnostic recommendation will successfully resolve a blocked narrative path in your specific playthrough;
• The Service will be compatible with all game versions, platforms, or player configurations;
• Third-party game content, updates, or patches will not affect the applicability of the Service's guidance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Narrative Unblock and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of enjoyment, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if Narrative Unblock has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall the total liability of Narrative Unblock for any claim arising from the Service exceed the amount you have paid to Narrative Unblock in the twelve months preceding the claim, or if you have not made any payment, fifty euros (€50).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you in full.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, including game platforms, forums, and external resources. Narrative Unblock is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. Your use of third-party links is at your own risk and subject to their terms of service and privacy policies. 9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Budapest, Hungary. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies published on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Narrative Unblock regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements, whether written or oral.

12. Changes to These Terms

Narrative Unblock reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised terms means you accept and agree to the changes.
